The CPL difference

Recovered asset value can offset reinstatement cost.

Before planning disposal, CPL assesses which assets are suitable for buyback. Any agreed recovery value is shown as an offset against your reinstatement and clearance proposal, helping lower the net project cost.

Questions

Office Reinstatement: frequently asked questions

Do you handle full reinstatement works, or only clearance?

Where full reinstatement is agreed, CPL coordinates the required works through directly engaged subcontractors. Clearance and asset recovery can also be provided separately or alongside your existing reinstatement contractor. Your quotation confirms the included works and responsibilities.

When should I schedule clearance before my handover date?

As early as you can. We recommend booking one to two weeks before your reinstatement deadline so dismantling, disposal, and any value recovery fit comfortably around building access hours. For large sites, talk to us a month ahead.

How is your pricing different from a normal mover?

We quote for the project scope and show any agreed asset-recovery offset separately. Your quotation explains the inclusions and exclusions. Additional works or scope changes are quoted for your approval before proceeding.

Can you coordinate with our office relocation plan?

Yes. We regularly work alongside relocation movers and contractors. We can clear after your move-out but before reinstatement, or in phases if your relocation is staggered.

What can you recover value from?

Commonly office tables, chairs, workstations, cabinets, shelving, and general equipment. We advise what can be reused, resold, or only disposed, and give you clear asset records either way.

Planning a reinstatement or handover?

Send us your space and timeline. We will arrange a free on-site assessment and a written project quotation, with no obligation.
